After a miserably cold and wet March, an odd 80* day calls for some porch time. This lovely DIPA is a local brew by Triple Crossing, and part of the “hazy NEIPA” trend in craft beer. I absolutely love these juicy, silky-smooth beers!

I’ve been doing something weird lately. I ran out of whiskey for manhattans. So, I grabbed a glass of Cuervo and added a bit of triplesec. It’s good. I thought I’d call it a mexican manhattan, but then I saw that name is already taken.
